Telecom scam by A.Raja

This is my pedestrian view on the whole Telecom scam by A.Raja.

If he has just caused notional revenue loss to national exchequer – He is not guilty in my opinion. As going forward the whole Rs. 1.7 lakh crores that have been lost would have to be made up by us the consumers. We have the cheapest mobile calling rates in the world. It would not have been possible to get such rates if our licenses would cost so much.

If he has flouted norms in providing 2G spectrum and not pocketed (hopefully ;-) !!) any of this Rs. 1.7 lakh crores. Then he is guilty of in-disciple can be punished as deemed fit by DMK supremo after recommendation by PM and actual PM.

If he has flouted norms and even pocketed any money or obtained any economic benefit out of this, then he is a traitor. Should be banished from the country and recovering all the money he has usurped. In our country only SC can make sure of this :-( !!
